the price of this item was very high, I purchased it because I liked the way that it looked. It is a good product. It works as it should, but lets face it, it is only a toilet bowl brush, the price (something like $68.00) really, was too high. The item is overpriced and the company that sells it charges crazy shipping charges. I got my shipping charges refunded because I had an issue with the seller. They charged my credit card, and one month later, I still did not receive the brush. When, I contacted them, they said that the item was on back order. Picture it, so many people waiting in line to spend $68.00 on a toilet bowl brush. When it finally came, the box was seriously crushed, but the brush was intact. If you have a problem with a seller, let the world know.
